Karen has nearly a decade in the property industry and has worked with Frank and the team in Crowthorne since 2014.
She enjoys the variety of work that comes with the role, meeting different people and helping tenants and landlords enjoy good relationships through proactive resolution of any issues that arise and good communication.
Karen has the ambition to see the lettings department grow and to continue to work hard and make the department even more successful.
One of her funniest moments in estate agency came when she had to “rescue” the boss from a viewing where he had managed to lock himself and the applicant in the property!
Karen is happily single and lives in Warfield and away from the office enjoys life as a grandmother and loves playing with her grandson. She says she is lucky to be able to look after him once a week and enjoy a ‘Nanna day’!
Karen enjoys reading and has a claim to fame as a published poet. Another passion is watching films, mostly from the golden age of Hollywood and her absolute idol is Audrey Hepburn. Karen loves that she had the ability to project an air of sophistication simply by walking into a room and that words ‘Nothing is impossible (the word itself says I’m possible) is something everyone try and emulate. Her work with UNICEF in her later years was also admirable.
When asked what her greatest achievement is to date, Karen did not hesitate to say – giving up smoking – well done!
